Huna for a new season

I am offering an Introduction to 21st Century Huna™ for women on Thursday/Friday, August 25/26, 2022 over ZOOM. I look forward to spending time with you in Self-discovery. Huna’s original wording is Ho-o Mana which means to make energy, to empower. 

Some of you may be familiar with Ho’o Pono Pono (to make right, right) as one of the healing processes in Huna. I’ll be including that experience as a creative visualization in this 2-day session, along with other transformative experiences to empower your life. 

Huna, as a study for how to live your life, as the spiritual being you are, expressing through the body into a physical reality, brings with it an intelligence and ease that awakens awareness, connects the dots and makes sense of your life. This is something I believe we are all looking for, as we seek to become more resourceful and resilient in these uncertain and ‘crazy’ times. 

Huna has been the baseline education for my life experience for over 25 years now. Based in space, movement, flow and the elements, It offers up a built-in way to holistically heal your life and your understanding of it.

When I first heard about it from a friend back in 1996, I delayed completing my Reiki Master Teacher experience, until I had been to Hawaii for the first 2 experiences of what eventually became more than 20 evolutionary journeys. These collective experiences would transform the pain points I was dealing with into the peace and possibility I was seeking, yet had no language for. Huna helped me to make sense of my life, my connections, my choices, and my business from the most spiritual to the most practical considerations. I got to a place where I could clearly see patterns playing out in my life that were keeping me small, so that I could magically create the changes that would expand my life.

Part two is an even deeper exploration between Louise and I of our own unique experiences with Huna as a body of knowledge to enrich life experience as a process.
