Conversations that Heal
Welcome to a new week...
I extend my very best wishes to you as we continue to move through these amazing times. Truly, what we are engaging, globally - like it or not - marks a bifurcation point in choosing whom we will become, moving forward, as sentient and human beings.
Have you ever really considered what your core values for being alive are? What IS most important to you about being alive? And, if you have engaged in such a reflection, have you considered what has now changed? How was your life working for you before this world as we knew it came to an abrupt stop? How is this change in process suiting you now?
As surreal as it feels, this pause we are already well into and moving through is both critical and essential to the re-ordering of our lives for deeper connection to Self, to Other and to Gaia. I believe that we must move into easier, simpler and more compassionate ways of living and being; this is at the heart of whom we really are. We have a chance now to really awaken our Selves to the undeniable beauty of life which, until this forced pause interrupted our existing patterns of behaviour, had become so unappreciated, it was forgotten. It is the appreciation of beauty, in all aspects of our lives and our thinking, that ignites and sustains deep love for our Selves, for others and for the planet. That love knows undeniable compassion for Self and Other; it is the stuff of respect, integrity and generosity of spirit.
Thank you to each of you who have joined me on Wednesdays for the complimentary and weekly check-in I have called Focus on Resourcefulness. Starting on Wednesday, May 20 (2 PM to 4 PM EST), you'll find the name changed to Resourceful and Resilient, indicative of the transformation I have been honoured to witness and see validated, in the good company of others, over the past 2 months of this global homecoming.
This week, I invite you to join me for CTH - Conversations that Heal - this coming Wednesday, May 13, 2020 from 1 PM to 4:30 PM. CTH is my regular WEL-Systems - based, monthly conversation for women who are either currently moving though experiences with me OR are new to the conversation and curious to know more. Please invite the women in your life with whom you would like to engage. My plan on May 13 is to complete the conversation with ample time to engage in an intentional process of forgiveness, directed to healing the pandemic, relative to how it is currently being experienced by each of us in our own unique worlds. I invite you to join me in the ancient Hawaiian process of forgiveness that is Ho'o Pono Pono (to make right, right). I have been engaged in this experience for over 20 years and know well the transformation that can happen for each of us when we choose to let go and let god.
CTH is for women only. Maximum 20 participants. While, historically, the suggested fee has been $20.00 cash upon arrival for the in-house experiences, I now invite you to register for the ZOOM experience without fee. If you find meaning in your experience, then please contribute according to your heart and your comfort in doing so. Email transfer always works. I will not be sending out receipts.
To register, please contact sheila@sheilawinterwallace.com. I'll email you the ZOOM link by regular email, once you have let me know of your attendance. I look forward to being with you on Wednesday, May 13 at 1 PM.
With appreciation,
Sheila
