You smiled through dinner last night. You said you were fine. And underneath the table, your hands were in fists. This wasn’t  from anger, but from the effort of holding everything in. If this feels and sounds like you, I invite you to keep on reading.

Here is what I know after decades of this work; The anger you carry is not good, bad, right or wrong; there is a certain genius behind it. It lets you know that you are alive. Same with sadness, fear and guilt and all of their derivatives. Every emotion you’ve been culturally conditioned to keep under wraps, so that you’ll be appropriate, is actually an intuitive message from inner space. This series invites you to decode and take ownership of all the ‘feels’ you have been taught to avoid, ignore and defend.

How many hours a day to you spend navigating these feelings and the judgments you carry about them? What about the tightness you feel in your chest before a hard conversation? The guilt you felt after saying no? The sadness you redirected into being busy to distract from your own discomfort? That energy never fully disappears; it accumulates. It ends up costing you the vitality that supports your life.

Four live sessions, with eight hours of teaching, live EFT intervention, and open Q&A with a practitioner who has been doing this work for decades. This will be a small and intimate group of 10 women maximum, so that every voice in the room is heard.

I have been in Sheila's EFT class for six weeks now, and I honestly don't know how to put into words everything that has shifted in me during that time—which, funny enough, is part of the lesson itself.

The first things I noticed were simple: I am sleeping better. I am more present in conversations, in my body, in moments I used to move through on autopilot. Somewhere along the way I started learning to tap on my own, playing with scripts, testing what helps me heal and what might help the people around me too. That alone has been a gift.

But the deeper shift has been harder to name and that's exactly the point. Over these six weeks, huge awareness has surfaced around pain and trauma that has lived in me for a long time, pain I couldn't name and, as it turns out, didn't need to. Sheila has taught me that I don't have to label everything, don't have to put words to every feeling, in order to heal it. I just have to be aware, and let the wave move through, whatever it is, however it shows up. Learning to let go of the need to name and explain everything has been one of the biggest lessons of my life.

Another thing that has become clear through these weeks of conversation and practice is the pattern in my own body: the moments where I lock down, where fear and pain move through me, and how much of that was hidden from me before. Sheila has helped me open up to these patterns, to actually see what was once invisible to me. She has named things I couldn't name or even see in myself, and held space for me to arrive at my own understanding without ever pushing or rushing me there.

I am so grateful to Sheila for the work she does and the space she holds. Six weeks in, I feel more myself, more present, and more equipped to meet whatever comes up in me, not by fixing or naming it, but by allowing it. That is a rare and precious thing to be taught, and I don't take it lightly.
